I booked a last minute appointment as my usual place was fully booked. The salon itself is very nice and staff seemed friendly upon arrival. My treatment itself was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. Firstly I wasn't given a form to fill in- being the first time I'd attended which I think is a bit careless. The lady who was giving me the wax did not ask if I had previously had the treatment before, did not explain what she was going to do, and no aftercare information, and frankly did not do a great job. The hair was not completely removed in places, and I seem to have some bruising coming up which I havent had before.
I had read good reviews so I'm disappointed. I wasn't made to feel very comfortable and the lady wasn't very chatty. The treatment room was very clean but unfortunately I won't be returning!
