Pre-covid I had several treatments at Minsa. So glad they're up and running again. I had an excellent treatment and a great chat.

Appalling experience. She picked up a call from someone else at the start and began threading my brows (while still on the phone!). Caused one brow be too thin at the ends and uneven - would have been worse if I had not stopped her! Awful
