A great manicure with good attention to detail and always asked if there were any changes I needed. Lovely selection of nude pink normal polishes too which many places don’t have! Thank you ❤️

The appointment started well. I had booked gel removal and polish, and she agreed to add a manicure. The cuticle removal was a bit rough and caused slight bleeding. Her response, "It happens," felt dismissive. She seemed rushed as her next client arrived, and the service felt hurried. One nail chipped in less than 24 hours, which was disappointing. It felt like the quality was affected due to time pressure.
