It was a real shame because I was so excited for my treatment and the salon looked so lovely. Unfortunately, my technician was poorly and coughed all over me for the duration of both my manicure and pedicure. She was also very rough with my nails, to the point where she cut the skin in between the big toe nail and the side of my toe. It’s now swollen, sore and infected. She also cut my fingernails so short that the pink skin under my nails became exposed and has been sore for the past few days.
