The technician was very aggressive and cut two of my fingers. He didn’t apologise at all and went over the cuts with the nail file again. This place is also highly overpriced. The infills cost almost the same as a new set, I have never been anywhere that charges this much. I also tried to get a colour change, and they said it would cost £31…sorry? I never write reviews but after reading the bad reviews and their snarky replies, I had to.
