Overall, a positive ambience, but the salon was quite loud—music a bit high and lots of chatting. Booked for a full set with gel colour, but coloured powder was used instead. Appreciated the nail removal, but was shocked by the unexpected £30 add-on for a very simple dot design. Would have appreciated clearer pricing upfront.
