Everything was fine and matched my prior experience except for two things that made me rate it more poorly than I would have before:
* I ended up somehow with wax on the bottoms of my feet and on my shoes despite that not being anywhere there should have been wax.
* I ended up with some significant scabs/raw skin from the waxing.
