I arrived 4 minutes late to my appointment having taken a taxi to get there faster and upon arrival the therapist tells me that “due to my delay” she can no longer guarantee that she’ll be able to perform the treatment. I told her if that was the case then she ought to revisit her logistics and booking processes. Surely every salon is able to offer a 5 minute buffer to repeat clients! Treatment was painful and therapist unpleasant.
