The new male Brazilian hairdresser has completely hacked my hair, he’s done the complete opposite of what I’ve asked for. The appointment felt incredibly rushed and how I explained I wanted my cut to be is essentially not how he wanted to cut it. I specifically said please do not thin out my hair and now my hair is thinner than it’s ever been, not only this but the cut is uneven lengths on each side. I am really disappointed because the two occasions I’ve been before Sophie has done a fantastic job and listened to exactly what I have wanted and what would be best for my hair type.
