Excellent salon, original booking was changed but moved to a time suitable for me. Gary was really thorough, helpful and patient as I am a pretty bad client as I never know what I want! I got loads of compliments on my hair afterwards, what more could you want!

Overall it was ok! Emma provided me with a very detailed recommendation during my hair extensions consultation, however I was quite disappointed with the balayage, I truly couldn’t see any difference compared to when I went in there! Checked with a couple of friends and they couldn’t see any difference either! Very disappointing! Felt like a spent money for nothing!
