I have been here before and been really happy previously. I am unhappy as I’ve never had an issue before but this time I have a bad rash/ burn mark. It’s been a couple of days now since I had my wax and the rash is still there.

Gary was very nice and easy to talk to. There are a few places where the bleach came out spotty but they are under the top layers so it’s not visible. I love the colour and it’s very natural!
