I went in for my first cut in 6 months post-lockdown & Alex was so friendly! I didn't have a mask that went behind my ears so they gave me a disposable one straight away.
I was a bit nervous about whether it would feel a bit weird to be there with all the changes but it was clear they were taking extra measures to be clean.
Alex gave me the exact cut that I wanted and took his time with my fringe so that we could get it exactly right. I've had lots of comments about my cool hair now :D

Timing of appointment wasn’t great. I felt my appointment was a little rushed. Would have preferred to leave the treatment in for longer to maximise benefit.
