Not only did I managed to get a last minute appointment after my booking with another hairdresser got cancelled. But more importantly, Alex was incredible knowledgeable and got what I wanted spot on! Good attention to detail and range of colours, like the CND UV lamp too- I was given tips on the condition of my nails and also reassured I can come back if any chip before 2 weeks!
