Tried this salon initially as it's close to work and convenient for a quick lunchtime haircut, but it's become my favourite salon, and the only place I've visited consistently for several years. The whole team are great but I love Alex who does a great job on my cut and colour, and who helped me find a new style that gets lots of compliments!

Went to update my ash blonde balayage, the result is orange hair with some ash blonde at the ends. When I complained to Alex, I was told that the issue was my hair and my expectations even though I have not had such outcome before with previous hairdressers who have worked with the same hair. Offered to fix but he cannot be liable for outcome, so zero comfort there. Recommend to avoid: all mistakes will be on you and don’t even expect an apology, the hairdresser bears no responsibility here.
