Gary knew all the tricks to make me look an feel wonderful. Technically he only did my roots because I’m so demanding that I actually avoid going to the salon. I have very long thick curly hair that tangles up easily and not many people, professionals even, know how to care for it. Yet Gary knew exactly how to brush it (using a tangle teaser and starting from the bottom while always holding it at the roots), got my colour just right, and gave the best most natural blow dry.
