I was greeted with a warm smile by the hair stylist and he directed me downstairs. I was offered drinks and my coat taken off me. Sophie is genuinely a bubbly,sweet girl. I wasn't estatic with my balayage as she was with it as it was nothing like the shade either wanted or resembled anything I showed a picture of. I took Sophie's word that this was due to the fact I would need a further treatment to get the achieved look to which I didn't feel to reassured about as I have previously had this colour achieved in one go by other hair dressers so I'm still in two minds about the actual workmanship. I will update this review further after my second visit and see if this colour can be fixed, my experience may change or not...
