The salon is a quirky little place and not very big, with funky decor. Staff were all friendly, polite and courteous.
My stylist, Sophie, made sure I was fully aware of all the options that would work best for my hair style and colour choice for the balayage and cut. She gave good, clear explanations about what she was doing and consulted me throughout the cut and colour. She also ensured I was happy with everything before I left, and told me to return for any corrections if something wasn't as I'd hoped - which is really reassuring when you've changed your hairstyle!
I will definitely go back here :) and have recommended all my colleagues.
