Bar Hair ink is a really cute salon with a vintage feel. I loved the antique barber chairs. I was offered a drink on arrival (wine and beer were on offer which was a nice surprise!) I had a great cut by Amy, she had great advice and tips on how to style my hair myself going forward. And we also had a great chat about "Rupaul's Drag Race". I'm not usual chatty with my hairdresser, but Amy put me right at ease. She also gave me a fantastic head massage while washing my hair.
My only word of warning would be that, for anyone who has any potential mobility issues, the basins for hair washing and the beauty treatment rooms are in the basement with no lift down. Aside from that, it's a great little salon and I'll be a regular from here on out!
