I was really impressed with Sophie at Bad Hair Ink. This was my first time going to the salon and I was really pleased with how the balayage turned out - it looked really natural (even though I was going from a gingery colour to brown/blonde) and I was really happy with the cut too. I think it was such good value and she's obviously very skilled. Sophie also stressed if there was anything I didn't like, or wanted changed, I could contact her which I thought was super professional.
