Balayage was great, exactly what I wanted BUT be aware it doesn't come with roots! Knowing this now the price seems steep for what it is. I had to book another appointment to have my roots done and obviously pay for this. I had a simple trim but was left with a large blunt chunk right at the front, I had it blow dried wavy so only noticed after doing my hair straight myself later. They were lovely when I went back and fixed it but it never should have happened.
