I am really pleased with my hair. The cut and balayage was slightly cheaper than I am used to, so the fact that the service was so good was a real bonus! Sophie did my cut and colour and, as I was a new client, she made a point of telling me that I could come back within a week if my hair wasn't quite right and she could cut more layers in, add more colour, etc for free. I have never had a hairdresser tell me that before, so it's great that they are so focused on customer satisfaction. I'll definitely come back here for my next haircut!
