Perfect one-stop shop for waxing, threading, nails. Hair removal services are painless, and shellac lasts an impressive 3 weeks. Also, everyone who works here is lovely - I always look forward to coming!

This cut was too rushed and without any real care or attention given to what I actually needed.
The whole visit lasted 30 mins, inclusive of "consultation" (ha), washing, and drying, which I've never experienced before. I left looking pretty much the same as when I went in, and without feeling like I got what I needed from the cut, or at the very least relaxed or good about myself.
There were none of the usual associated pleasantries...comments or advice on the condition of my hair, styles or options that would work with my hair length, etc...the level of service given was what I'd expect from a budget in-and-out salon.
Despite that, my main issue was with the awkward atmosphere. The young dark-haired man on reception was so personable and kind; he was actually the redeeming feature of the visit, but it felt like he was being very closely micromanaged. Senior team members being passive aggressive with staff in full view of customers is unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. It felt very much at odds with the supposed chilled-out-and-charming vibe of the salon, which I previously believed to be honest and real. Clearly not.
I won't be returning sadly!
