Had a great visit to Bar Hair Ink for a gel manicure. The appointment started exactly on time, and the technician, Leyla, was very sweet and talkative. Before I left, she stressed several times that I was welcome to come back in to get a chip or broken nail fixed should that happen within the next week or so. Because there's nothing worse than having your polish chip after your just got your nails done, I really appreciated that she stood behind her work and would fix it if necessary. My only tiny complaint was that the entire salon smelled heavily of bleach or ammonia, which I know can't really be helped due to the chemicals need to color hair, etc. However, perhaps they could open a few windows for some added ventilation? Overall though, it was great and I'd go back again.

My hair dresser was wonderful, so attentive. She listened to what I wanted, asked more questions to be absolutely sure of my vision, offered her opinion and a couple of options. I felt reassured throughout and left with exactly what I wanted plus some! Plus I had the most relaxing hair wash; it almost sent me to sleep! I'll definitely be coming back, I'm so pleased with the experience.
