I have been a customer of Bar Hair Ink for a while now. Normally Amy does my colour and I've always been happy, but unfortunately she was away and Sophie stepped in as I was unable to change my appointment due to my own circumstances. I was very pleased with the results. It was clear that Amy had left notes for her so I felt that they had really made an effort. Also Sophie very kindly said that if I wasn't happy after a few days to come back in to her so she could fix it. She made an extra effort to make sure I was pleased with the results, and I was.
