I have been to this salon before and previously had a good experience, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, this time the gel manicure was very poorly done and I even paid extra. The gel polish started coming off my nails shortly after the appointment, which is unacceptable for a gel manicure. This indicates poor preparation or application. Sadly, this visit was a bad experience, and I am very disappointed with the quality of the work this time.
