I was really disappointed with my recent appointment. I had previously had my nails done by Jungmin and absolutely loved them, which is why I decided to return. I contacted her directly to book, but when I arrived, I was given another nail technician without being told beforehand. The appointment took two hours and I was very unhappy with the result. The shape was uneven, the finish was inconsistent, and despite asking several times for the shape to be corrected, I still left unhappy.

Always such a lovely experience🤍 I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’m always so happy with my nails. So much care and attention goes into every appointment, and they always turn out exactly how I want them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)
