Even though I live about 30 minutes from New Malden and have nail shops closer to home, I have kept coming back here since my first visit. Jungmin is always kind and welcoming, everything is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. I also really appreciate how personalised the service is. I especially like the one-to-one experience without other customers around, which makes it feel much more personal and comfortable.
