I have always been interested in holistic /alternative medicine. At the age of 37, I went for my First acupuncture treatment, it helped me to make changes to my life. At the age of 40, I decided to study Reflexology along with Anatomy and Physiology, l have never look back. I went on to study massage then advanced massage techniques. Most of my work now revolves around deep tissue massage. Working alongside TMC Doctors and friends l have developed a lot of skills which help release tension throughout the body. As we all know no two people are the same, that being the case I like to assess my client's and adjust there treatments to meet their needs. Over my 20yrs doing holistic treatments I have worked with many people with Parkinson's Disease and M.S, both of which are progressive conditions. I believe and have been told I have helped to provide physical and emotional support with these client's, for that I am truly grateful.
