Loved it. Surprised about the smallest of the beauty room. Ravi was absolutely lovely and friendly (pedicure). If it wasn't so expensive to join as a member I would definitely join up.

Even despite a mix up with appointment times. Tom was excellent, ensuring I still got my treatment and even giving a discount for my trouble. The treatment was great and I left feeling greatly improved. Will be back!
