When we arrived we were told we couldn't use pool for an hour as they had a fitness class in there, bearing in mind it was 10.30 and our day supposedly started at 10 o'clock. We got changed, all ok until about eight traveller women turned up drinking alcohol in changing rooms. Taking up the whole of the jacuzzi eating cake in there and bleaching top lips. Sprawling out until we got out. Noisy not relaxing. Taking up showers brushing teeth and making revolting noises whilst doing it. The ne lovely part was fabulous treatment by poor Leigh who they were trying to haggle with about treatment prices. Go back no way. Only for beauty treatment. We weren't on wowcher or Groupon and other ladies couldn't believe we'd paid for spa day and got hell day!!

The Holiday Inn is a good place to stay but not a place for spa. When arriving they give you two towels and access to a small pool and steam room the jets in the hot tub switch off every 5 min. I would say your booking into a gym/pool area. You have to het changed to have lunch as you do not have a rove.. I cancelled my spa day. Have to say the breakfast that was 14.99 each was nice but over priced.

Good location but Spa facilities limited.
Leigh's massage very good and she had a very pleasant personality so made up for lack of no pool lounges.
