The treatment room is small warm and cosy . Lea administered my stone massage on my back where I've had a problem for some time . I was so relaxed I had 40 winks . The next day in the gym I notice a improvement my back was not as tight . So have booked again .

Fantastic massage. Perfect for warming me up after a snowy day.
The salon is in a room off the main gym, but don’t let that put you off. Once you’re in there it’s a little oasis of calm, with soft music and lighting it’s so relaxing.
My therapist went through the health form and then I got settled on the table with hot stones under my back.
The therapist worked my front first focusing on the legs, arms and shoulders. Then I turned over and she worked on my back.
The stones were a perfect temperature and overall the massage was incredibly relaxing.
Before or after your massage you can use the sauna and steam room facilities at the hotel. I didn’t partake because I was staying at the hotel but they are nice and warm but would benefit from deeper cleaning in the changing rooms.

It is a pleasure to write a review about the Mind Body and Spirit Health Club as it was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience,so much so I hope to visit again.Well worth a visit.
