The massage was exactly what I needed, having been very stressed it brought me back into my body leaving me feeling nurtured, relaxed, energised and noticeably more positive. Alice's technique is perfect, great pressure and confident with the whole body especially the very tight and knotted parts of my back and neck. It was wonderful and I'm very grateful, I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking again.
