The receptionist was attentive but the stylist was rude and very cheeky. Arrived late, can’t be bothered attitude, didn’t know I was booked, and the place was untidy. Not prepared for me at all. Definitely did not feel comfortable with her and definitely did not want her near my hair. Asked for a refund and left. Horrible experience.
