I wasn’t happy that I was left to clean off the tint myself while Ati kept turning around to assist the client next to me. I had to ask her to give me more cleansing pads as my eyes were caked in tint and I was only given one pad and left to it. Overall, it was a negative experience and I was disappointed with how I was treated. It took days for the dark tint around my eyes to finally disappear. I complained to the manager and was offered a free lash tint but I won’t be back.
