My nail technician added a hidden charge I've never had before on, Also didn't speak to me the whole appointment just spoke to someone on facetious in her phone!
Smudged one of the nails and didn't fix it and the art didn't mirror it to match the hands so it woul look symmetrical and professional. She copied the same design in both hands and looks odd.
My hair dresser Julie was amazing! Looked after me all throughout did an amazing job with my hair and left me feeling looked after and fresh.
