Not what I expected - the salon don’t soak your gel nails off (which I paid an extra £5 for) they use a powered drill file. Dreading when I need to actually take these off - wish they would change the description of a gel nail removal

Please don’t go here. Got my nails done the Wednesday (1st Dec 2021) for my Thursday graduation. They looked lovely. Woke Thursday morning and 3 of them were all bevelled like they had melted, 2 days later one of my nails came off. Messaged the shop and they said they’d repair them. I asked to come in the next day and I got no reply. Again asked for a refund and I still can’t get a reply. Just had to spend money getting them re-don’t elsewhere. Waste of £30 that i paid here
