I was in on Friday to get my eyebrows and party lashes the lashes were clued to my eyelid on some parts and then glued to my lash line all uneven I have made contact with the salon but no one has got back to me very disappointed as iv never been to the salon before

Took my youngest daughter a few times, lady who cut her hair was brilliant. However my other daughter booked and paid but sadly had to isolate due to Covid. She phoned and was told they couldn’t find appointment on system yet they had taken her money. They are now ignoring all messages etc, she only wanted to reschedule but after the way she’s been treated would like a full refund. Will have to chase treatwell now. Please just remember this when booking and paying in advance.
