I arrived on time for my appointment, but was kept waiting for an extra 45/50 minutes, even though i had booked the time 2 days before. When it was my turn, the atmosphere was awful. The technician, was so rude. She said hello without a smile, and apart from asking me what colour i wanted, she didnt speak at all. When i told her the design i wanted, she looked at me as if i was putting her out. My nails were nice, but not worth the wait, or the attitude. I definitely won't go back.
