Dreadful experience. Arrived to be told they had no record of my booking (it was eventually found). Overall took 1.5 hours to have my nails gelled. Nail technician didn’t speak to me at all, was exceptionally heavy handed and at one point drew blood from my cuticles. The effect I chose on the colour options was not what ended up on my nails, my nails are roughly filed and the gel has no shine, rather is tacky and uneven. Got a full refund but that does not make up for this. Avoid!!!

I had a booked appt at 12.15 with Augusta. I arrived at 12.10, and she had just started with another customer, so i was kept waiting for 45 minutes. Augusta was very abrupt and quite rough, especially cutting my cuticles. She also took 2 phone calls while doing my nails. She wasn't at all friendly or welcoming. My nails were ok, but after about 4 days, they looked in need of an infill again. I definitely won't go back, and definitely don't recommend it at all.
