Marina was friendly throughout. I booked a short wet cut and asked to soften the angle of my bob. When I queried the angle during the cut, I was told to wait until the end. It was still too harsh, but she wasn’t willing to re-wet my hair to adjust it. I was told I had medium length hair and charged for an unrequested blow dry and straighten. In the end, I’m happy with the cut and accept an additional charge, but the lack of consultation and unexpected pricing means I wouldn’t return.
