Naz was polite friendly and direct, she was flexible and service received was professional.
The best manicure I have had as she did exactly what I asked for and I wax very very happy with the results.
I had an issue with my appointment and when I called the store was very friendly, understanding and helpful and re arranged my appointment for later the same day. Excellent service - shame location is not more central.
