The nails were ok. I just don’t get why I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. It appears as though they accept bookings and take walk ins but do so on a first come/first serve basis. If that’s the case, no booking should be required. I was in a rush too, that’s why I chose this booking as it fit my schedule. The staff don’t even apologise either, if you ask how long it’ll be roughly, they get very annoyed. Not the friendliest.

Ati was so lovely and putting me at ease. She was personable and easy to talk to. I am always quite nervous about going into a salon for treatment, but I always return to Minas in the Forge as I am made to feel comfortable and they are always so nice and welcoming. Thanks Ati xx
