my hair is very uneven still, the first time the colour was applied it was uneven, I asked to fix my orange roots to match my auburn ends, a second application of dye was added which was bright red and not what I asked for. The hairdresser seemed angry i had asked her to correct it the first time so I felt uncomfortable in getting it fixed again. I have now got post box red roots and brown ends. My hair cut and style were Nice. I will have to spend 70 pounds getting it fixed elsewhere!

In 9 years I live in London this is the very first time I am satisfied with my hair.
I love my hair, I love the balayage she did and honestly it is the best I could ever have done.
