Upon arrival I was told I would need to pay extra for bleach as my hairwas black. I accepted this. Then when the mixture was ready I was told I would need to pay an extra 30 for toner. I explained that 60 extra is allot to pay. Polly said she would see how my hair 'lifted'. I have just left and I am in tears, hair looks patchy and tinny. Going to cost me a fortune to have it rectified. They should state at the time of booking of extra costs for dark hair. I feel ripped off. Very upset
