Overall the salon is lovely - as are the people that work there - my daughters hair looks fabulous - BUT - beware of hidden charges. This appoint cost me £210. My daughter was made to pay an additional £25 for 'toner' - there was NOTHING on the booking about this. I was not informed of this when I dropped her off. I would expect, that when paying over £200 for highlights a toner would be included?

Wash and blow-dry were very good. The haircut was not at all what I wanted. If I went again I would make sure to take pictures with me to show what I was hoping for.
