Honestly Ellie is a lovely lady but I really didn't like how my hair looked when I was leaving. She curled it using multiple brushes that she stuck in my hair like rollers, and the effect was a bit doll-like and not in a good way. I wasn't going to leave a bad review though, because she was so friendly. But then I washed my hair at home 2 days later and realised I have one longer strand that didn't get cut. Bad styling is one thing but uneven cut? Never happened to me before. Won't go again.
