Polly was great and did an exceptional job! She was also generally just really thoughtful and talked me through the process and kept me updated throughout. She even went the extra mile to help figure out how to save my hair from the rain! The actual hair was great and I'd definitely recommend coming back, I've had an awful lot of compliments this week already.
