Well the ambiance was great , the lady call Mimi who did my waxing was fantastic , my waxing was clean and all the hair were out .never have such a good service . Because I am an hairy women so make it difficult for some people to achieve a good job but miss Mimi did a fantastic job. I do recommend her to everyone who want a great service .

This is the first time I have had a wax at salon. The Hollywood Wax itself was good value, well done and relatively painless. However, I was offered an additional treatment and although I decided not to opt for it the therapist provided the treatment anyway which was very rushed, used a very harsh and painful wax which gave me bruising. Perhaps a miscommunication but it was still painful, I had to pay for it (at a discounted price) and a bruised bottom wasn't the holiday look I was after.

Very relaxing experience, it was my second appt with Mimi and even though I had originally booked a Hollywood strip wax she upgraded me to a hot wax at no extra charge which was very good of her! She puts you at ease straight away and always leaves a very clean finish.
