Well it was a really nice place and staff seemed friendly, it was my first time getting a silk press, which from seeing others get I really thought I would have it for a couple of weeks. Once it was done, my hair was a lot fluffier than I was expecting (I just put it down to my hair) and I asked for a trim which was an extra £45! But once I woke up the next morning it started reverting, so the £65 treatment only lasted a couple of hours, if I knew that was possible I would have asked for something else but I was not made aware that would be a possibility. I also don't think they knew much about dealing with natural hair, as I was told my hair should have been deep conditioned by a stylist who specialises in natural hair (nor in this salon) for moisture which at this salon, they didn't do and the products they used were probably full of chemicals and dried out my hair as they washed what I had in my hair off. I complained the next day, and they offered to give me the same treatment again, even though it's something you shouldn't do too often to natural hair and wouldn't offer a partial refund. So all in all it was a waste of money as I spent over £100.

Worst hairdressing experience I have had. Was Done in 20mins, received a “rough dry” but left with wet hair, and paid £55 for that! Staff was friendly so I was in shock at being ripped off like that.
