1. A few times I felt the pain when hairdresser's sharp nails poked the scalp. 2. It meant to be a 45 minutes wet hair cut, she asked me to pay at about 30 minutes without blowing dry my hair, which should be included in wet hair cut package described on its web site. Only when I asked for blowing dry my hair,she gave a super quick blast dry, rough was the only word to describe her work in final munites. It made me feel that she wanted to dismiss me quickly... Very uncomfortable experience.
